The Firm was founded by Mr. J.S. Saroha, a veteran industrial relations professional with over five decades of experience in employment law, HR compliance, and industrial relations. After serving in senior managerial roles in large industrial establishments, he established the Firm with the objective of providing managements with legally sound, practical, and enforceable solutions to labour challenges.

His experience in handling unions, negotiations, disputes, and compliance continues to define the Firm’s philosophy and approach.

Toofan Singh Kuhad

Mr. Toofan Singh Kuhad joined the Firm in 2005 and leads its litigation and dispute-resolution practice. With over two decades of focused experience in labour and industrial laws, he regularly represents managements before Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and statutory authorities.
